28th September 2019
We thank you for your presence for the ‘Synchronicity 2019’. We are pleased to inform you that the Third Periodic Performance Evaluation has been completed. Kindly access the 3rd Periodic Performance Evaluations ‘Student Assessment Report’ (SAR) via personal emails on 29th September 2019 afternoon. The Evaluation is based on the overall performance in academics, i.e. tests (long hour tests for Grade VIII, IX & X), quizzes, group work presentations, verbal interactions, etc. We are glad that there has been overall progress in all our students. However, the academically weaker students are requested to devote some time to revise the basic concepts of different subjects. They should also devote some time to listening to news and watching educational programs on T.V./radio. Besides, they should be assisting in household chores and participating in social life. Kindly consult our School webpage (www.malpi.edu.np) for the Dashain-Tihar Break Assignments of the Students.
Kindly find attached the confirmation letters for the Outdoor Education Programme (OEP) for Grades VII, VIII, and IX. We encourage all students to participate in the Outdoor Education Programme (OEP) with the exception of Health reasons. We would like you to submit the Medical Waiver Form as soon as possible if you have not done so earlier.
We hope to see our students rejuvenated after their Break. Extra clothing and tucks are not allowed as per the regulations of School. All students should undergo medical checkups (eye/dentistry, etc.). The students need to have their hair cut/trimmed (no coloring). Further, the students are not allowed to bring money, jewelry, expensive branded clothing/shoes/gadgets, etc.
We would like to tap on the musical talents of our students. Many of them have displayed high skills and liking for music lessons. We would, therefore, request you to send an instrument of their interest with them after the Vacation for Grades VII, VIII, and IX. Grades IV, V, and VI may bring Skateboards, Rollerblades, wave-board, etc.
