As per the notification from the Ministry of Health, we have organized an HPV Vaccination Programme at Malpi International School for female students on Thursday, 6th February 2025. This initiative aims to protect our students from cervical cancer, and we highly encourage participation.

To proceed with the vaccination, we kindly request you to review, sign, and submit the attached consent form by 5th February, 2025.
