The premises of Malpi International School came alive with energy, enthusiasm, and the spirit of sportsmanship on December 21, 2024, as we celebrated our much-anticipated Phy-Ex 2024—the Annual Sports Day. This grand event marked a day of joy, camaraderie, and triumph, leaving behind cherished memories and reinforcing the values of teamwork, perseverance, and excellence.

The day commenced with an impressive March Past, where the students of all houses displayed precision, discipline, and unity. The Chief Guest, Dr. Subhash Ghimire, a renowned Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and one of our esteemed Parent Representatives, graciously inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial torch. In his inspiring address, he emphasized the importance of balancing academics with physical fitness, a value deeply embedded in the ethos of Malpi International School.

The sporting events that followed showcased the incredible talent, determination, and teamwork of our students. From thrilling races to high-energy team sports and innovative drills, the participants left the audience awestruck with their performances. The field resonated with cheers and applause, creating an atmosphere of unbridled excitement and encouragement.

Adding a melodic charm to the event, the talented students from a music school founded by our Founder Chairman, Mr. Deepak Man Sherchan, delivered mesmerizing flute renditions. This unique performance, a heartfelt tribute to the late son-in-law of Mr. Sherchan, added a special layer of emotion and inspiration to the day’s proceedings.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the parents and guardians who graced the occasion with their presence and unwavering support. Your encouragement and enthusiasm have always been a cornerstone of our students' success. A heartfelt thanks also goes out to our distinguished guests and dignitaries, whose participation made the event even more special.

The grand finale of Phy-Ex 2024 was marked by the much-awaited Prize Distribution Ceremony, where the outstanding athletes and performers of the day were felicitated. It was a moment of pride and joy as the winners received their accolades amidst thunderous applause.

As the day drew to a close, the smiles on the faces of students, parents, and teachers alike were a testament to the success of Phy-Ex 2024. The event not only celebrated physical fitness and talent but also highlighted the spirit of togetherness and shared achievement that defines the Malpi community.
